This work is a short story based on my own experience. I really did not expect to receive such a big prize, and I am deeply moved. Taking this prize as an encouragement, I would like to continue to express “humanity” using stop motion animation. I constructed the set in a room of my house and took pictures one by one. Despite shooting during the hot summer, it went relatively smoothly. The doll of the boy protagonist is about 13 centimeters (approx. 5 in.) tall.
